ear savers for front liners

Just my small contribution to make mask-wearing for long periods a little bit more comfortable for front liners. I made both two-button and one-button ear savers, which serve as the loop holder for face masks.

I have some cotton yarn balls I don't get to work with often, so I decided to use them for this project. I mixed the yarn/colors together into bright color combinations, then added buttons (mostly found around the house, particularly from my grandmother's closet).

I made 100 pieces for the first batch. [I may need to crochet my own buttons for the next.] I intend to donate the ear savers to medical front liners.
